We at Numskull Apparel take personal information very seriously. As such, we are committed to keeping the information of our staff and our customers secure. We will never collect personal information unless permission is knowingly and wilfully given, nor will we use said information for any other purpose than stated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will my order take to be processed and shipped?

- A: Dependant on the size of your order, we aim to get all Products to your door in 4 - 14 days (for UK customers). In the unlikely event of any expected delays, we will make sure to let you know as soon as we can.

Q: What if I have received the wrong item? 

- A: We will accept the return of any item as long as it remains unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us of the item return via the contact page, letting us know which item you are returning and why. Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the item and, if accepted, we will issue a refund within 7 days via your payment method.
